Paban Jain (FCA, B.Com) have total experience of over 25 years has been a Partner in Jain Chindalia & Co. since 1995. In his enviable track record of in arbitrating over and resolving some of the most complex disputes, the positions recommended by him while developing tax strategies and corporate structures have become case points for reference purposes. He has done Certification Course In N.P.O organized by ICAI and has specialized knowledge of it. He is an expert on matters relating to Income Tax Law, Audit and assurance services, Accounting. Mr. Jain actively pursues work for charitable causes in his personal capacity. He had also worked as the president of the Rotary Club and Shri Jagannath Rohini Sewa Sangha (Regd.). Currently he is on the post of Secretary in Shri Jagannath Rohini Sewa Sangha (Regd.).
 
 

 
CA RUPESH KUMAR JAIN, FCA, B.Sc. have total experience of over 25 years, has been a Partner in Jain Chindalia & Co. since 1996. He is in charge of firm’s head office at Bhilai. He is an expert on matters relating to Income Tax Law, Audit and Assurance Services, Service Tax Law, Project work, Company Law, Government and Bank Audits, Design & Implementation of Accounting Systems etc.. CA Rupesh Kumar Jain is legal advisor to various trade and Industry bodies and executive body member at state level. Mr. Jain actively pursues work for charitable causes in his personal & professional capacity.

He is an expert on matters relating to Auditing, Taxation, Finance, Preparation of Financial Statements/MIS Report, Tax Returns, ROC Filling, Company Law Matters and many other works of Contractors, manufacturers, Traders, banking and financial institutions.
 
 
 
 
 
                                                                             CA SHALIN AGRAWAL (FCA, B.Com) have total experience of over 14 years has been a Partner in Jain Chindalia & Co. since 2002. He has done Certification Course in Concurrent Bank Audit organized by ICAI. He is an expert on matters relating to Income Tax Law, Audit and assurance services, Accounting etc. CA Shalin Agrawal is also convener of Chhindwara CPE Chapter of CIRC of ICAI, Mr Agrawal actively pursues work for charitable causes in his personal capacity. He had also worked as the president of the Rotaract Club of Chhindwara as well as the President of Chhindwara Agrawal Yuva Mandal. Mr Agrawal is also actively engaged in politics working as member of RCC and BJP. Mr. Agrawal is President of BJP CA Cell, Chhindwara.
